PROFESSIONAL ADVISOR RECOGNITION SOCIETY
The Community Foundation of Anne Arundel
County introduced its Professional Advisor
Recognition Society at the 2022 Celebration
of Philanthropy Awards Luncheon to honor
professional advisors who actively champion
philanthropy and charitable giving throughout
Anne Arundel County. These recipients exemplify
exceptional commitment to the community,
contributing through leadership roles, volunteer
efforts, and dedicated service.
At the heart of this recognition society lies
CFAAC's deep appreciation for the significant
role professional advisors play in our community.
These advisors are instrumental in guiding donors
to fulfill their philanthropic aspirations, thereby
strengthening the community as a whole. Since
its inception, 10 distinguished advisors have been
inducted, setting a benchmark of excellence for
future members.
In 2024, CFAAC proudly welcomed two new
members into this prestigious society, further
highlighting the ongoing commitment of local
professionals who inspire a culture of generosity
and community support. The 2024 inductees are:

HELPING PHILANTHROPY TAKE ROOT
Professional Advisors Who Care Deeply About CFAAC
Our professional advisors play a meaningful role
in countless ways, from partnering with CFAAC to
help their clients achieve their philanthropic goals
to personally supporting CFAAC's operating budget
through a gift to our Community Leadership Fund.
We are grateful for their partnership and generosity.
While many advisors contribute to the fund, we are
highlighting two special donors in this report.
CFAAC Board member Michael (Mike) Lehr,
Principal, Sims & Campbell, Estates & Trusts,
partners with the Community Foundation by
advising his clients to work with CFAAC to fulfill
their philanthropic goals. Mike is also a frequent
contributor to CFAAC’s Community
Leadership Fund.
“I support the Community Foundation of
Anne Arundel County because it acts
as a vital hub for understanding
our community’s needs while
empowering individuals, families,
and organizations to align their
charitable giving with their
unique goals.”
Christine Hubbard, a practicing attorney
and founder of the Law Offices of Christine
W. Hubbard, LLC., has worked closely with
CFAAC for many years as a professional advisor,
in partnership with the Anne Arundel Estate
Planning Council, and in connection with
implementing her estate planning clients’ gifting
plans. Christine is also a long-time supporter of
the Community Leadership Fund.
“As an estate planning attorney, my goal is to
help clients achieve peace of mind in knowing
that their estate planning and legacy goals are
being achieved,” she said. “I personally support
CFAAC because it actively encourages
wealth planning professionals to
collaborate with each other in
a way that helps many clients
realize that they can afford to
give and meaningfully
impact charities they are
passionate about.”
