ENDOW MARYLAND
Endow Maryland is a Maryland state tax credit
that rewards donors who help build permanent
charitable funds for local communities. You can
establish or add to an existing endowed fund at
CFAAC and qualify for a 25% state tax credit.
CFAAC has a limited number of tax credits available.

CFAAC's Director of Planned Giving, John Rodenhausen, and
Heather East of the Spirit of Nicholas Sailing Fund present $5,000
to The Key School to support the varsity and JV sailing teams.
DONATE FROM YOUR DAF
If you hold a Donor Advised Fund (DAF) at CFAAC,
you can easily donate to a 501(c)(3) nonprofit by
initiating a grant through your online portal or
contacting us. CFAAC can also receive grants from
DAFs held at other financial institutions.
CHARITABLE INVESTMENT PARTNER
PROGRAM
The Charitable Investment Partner Program
allows you to maintain your own qualified
professional advisor to manage your charitable
fund's assets while your advisor retains
investment management fees. For more

OTHER NON-CASH ASSETS
Other non-cash assets, such as real estate,
artwork, vehicles, and undeveloped land, can be
