movement and expression through silk scarves.
AUDIT COMMITTEE
For immigrant families in the county, the Annapolis Immigration
Justice Network is providing a connection to attorneys who provide
legal services and ongoing case management to low-income children and
families navigating the immigration system.

Community connection and emotional support are central to several
programs. Encore Creativity for Older Adults is offering two
15-week Sentimental Journey Singers chorale programs in Annapolis for
older adult singers experiencing cognitive decline, along with two sixweek pilot programs in neighboring communities. Together WE Rise is
continuing its mentoring program for Anne Arundel County children and
parents through discussion groups, field trips, and relationship-building
activities that strengthen families. Wellness House of Annapolis is
providing 150 one-on-one counseling sessions and supporting more than
200 support group visits for children and families facing a cancer diagnosis.
For older residents, Partners In Care is expanding services for lowincome seniors across the county, helping them maintain independence
and remain connected to their communities.
